Totally unexpected, Italian melodic power metal band TEMPERANCE, who released “Diamanti” in 2021, announced two new members in the band, a singer and a drummer, without saying what happened to their predecessors.

Italian cinematic symphonic metal opera band AQVILEA, named after a small town Aquileia in Udine, have added Finnish opera singer Kate Nord to their ranks. The band is currently working on a new sophomore album, “New World Era”.

Australian alt-metal quintet GHOSTSEEKER from Melbourne with two singers, Celeste Dudeson (clean vocals) and Daniel Breen (harsh vocals), have inked a deal with Atomic Fire Records. Their debut album can be expected in 2024.

And yet another female fronted metal band has fallen. This time Canadian melodic death metal band THE AGONIST announced that they have come to an end. Singer Vicky Psarakis will remain active in Sicksense, the others in various projects.
